Dr. Howard joins Eastview Veterinary Clinic from another practice. Dr. Howard received his Bachelor of Science from Clemson University in South Carolina. Dr. Howard received his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery from the University of Glasgow in Scotland in 2022.

When Dr. Howard is not treating his patients, he enjoys spending his time going to concerts, playing board games, and traveling to new places. His favorite places to travel are Myrtle Beach, SC and Knoxville, TN
